I suggest you take lessons in Business management and entreprenuership. So you know the basics of handling money.
After that you should get an independent researcher/person to inform you of how the music industry functions, who makes how much money along the chain etc.
Then you can get yourself an accountant. business advisors etc. Get a reputable Auditor to ensure your tax and money matters are in order.
